In the further course of the procedure, the absence of grounds for exclusion may be demonstrated upon the Contracting Authority’s request in accordance with Sections 69(4)-(7) of the Public Procurement Act, as follows: A tenderer (or joint tenderer) established in Hungary is required, pursuant to Sections 8-9 of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), to declare that they are not subject to the grounds for exclusion set out in Section 62(1)(a) and (e), and, in certain cases, (d), as well as in Section 62(2) and Section 63(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act (Government Decree, Section 8(c)).
