Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\n2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for procurement of various drugs and medicine as stated above using the Framework Agreement Contract. Delivery of the Goods is required as indicated in the Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of this PBD. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
