На декларацијата на амбалажата да биде означена температурата на перење од максимум 95 степени целзиусови.\n\n49.Санитарна течност во форма на патрон(рефил)со еднократна употреба за диспанзер без батерија со слободен тек на течноста и трајност од 28-30дена,за дезинфекција и отстранување на непријатни мириси,бактерии,со интензивен освежителен парфем,боја сина\n\n50.Мрежа гумена со освежителен парфем со трајност 30 дена дијаметар 15-20 см\nБои : црвена , сина , портокалова , зелена\n\nЗа понудените производи, економскиот оператор задолжително треба да достави:\n*За ставките 1/2/4/6/7  – важечко решение/дозвола за ставање, односно пуштање во промет на детергент, издадено од надлежен орган, согласно со важечките прописи\n\n*За ставките 8/15/49– важечко решение/дозвола за ставање, односно пуштање во промет на биоциден производ PT2 издадено од надлежен орган, согласно со важечките прописи.\n\n*Решение за пуштање во промет на хемикалии издадено од Министерство за Здравство\n\n*Доколку економскиот оператор не е носител на соодветното решение/дозвола, истиот е должен да достави валидна авторизација/овластување од производителот на понудениот производ, со која производителот го овластува економскиот оператор да ги понуди и испорачува конкретно наведените производи за предметната јавна набавка, при што кон авторизацијата задолжително се приложува и соодветното решение/дозвола за пуштање, односно ставање во промет, издадено на производителот.\n\n*За ставка 49 , економскиот оператор апаратите ги дава на реверс во текот на договорот без дополнителен трошок за нивна монтажа и сервисирање исто така еднаш месечно економскиот оператор треба да извршува промена на рефилите и нивно сервисирање.\n\nЗа ДЕЛ 49 (Мостра од понудениот апарат и рефилот)",
