# Nieder- und Mittelspannungskabel – Lieferrahmenvertrag

Die CKW AG beschafft neue oder höchstens ein Jahr alte Nieder- und Mittelspannungskabel in vier Losen mit insgesamt 16 Kabeltypen. Die Lose umfassen NS-Cu, NS-Alrm, NS-Alse und MS. Die feste Vertragsdauer beträgt drei Jahre ab dem 1. April 2027; CKW kann jährlich bis auf insgesamt fünf Jahre verlängern oder neu ausschreiben. Angebote können für ausgewählte Lose eingereicht werden, müssen aber jeweils ein vollständiges Los umfassen. Grundsätzlich können pro Los zwei bestbewertete Anbieter Liefermengen teilen; CKW kann den Rahmenvertrag auch nur mit dem bestbewerteten Anbieter abschliessen. Angebote sind bis 11.
