    "text": "GENERAL HEADQUARTERS\nARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES\nGHQ BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE 2\nCamp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City\nInvitation to Bid\nDesign and Build for the Construction of Command-and-Control Facility\nGHQBAC2-LSB-28-2025\nThe\nArmed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 2\nthrough the\nCapital Outlay 2025\nintends to apply the sum of\nThree Hundred Forty-Nine Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Four and 83/100 pesos (PhP 349,310,344.83)\nbeing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for\nDesign and Build for the Construction of Command-and-Control Facility\n. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\nThe\nAFP through GHQ BAC 2\nnow invites bids for\nDesign and Build for the Construction of Command-and-Control Facility\n. Completion of the Works is\nFive Hundred Seventy (570) Calendar Days\nfrom receipt of Notice to Procee\nd. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in\nSection II.
